Prayer can go, where you can never go. It can go to the court room and negotiate your case before you arrive; as so to speak to the Judges heart, on your behalf… It can go to the Heavens and muster God to get you out of some of the most hellish circumstances; as so to lead you in the right direction… It can surround your loved ones, whether near far and away; as so they may be protected… It can give you the right answer and enable you to ask the right questions. I can go on and on, but how many of you really know that prayer truly does change the outcome of any given situation.
Prayer is remarkable and changes things, merely, because it requires words. (“In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. ” John 1:1) How many of you know that the earth, in which we live, was made because of the affirmation of a word being spoken? (“The word became flesh and made dwelling among us…” John 1-14)
